The location was great, easy to find. Everyone was very helpful! The breakfast was great! Loved the place and would go back again if we are ever in the area.
The rooms were a bit small.
In one of the hallways there was a very unpleasant smell.
The Seaport Inn and Marina was clean, friendly, and economical for our overnight stay. I did not have time to investigate the surrounding area.
Easy to find, ample parking and well located to the more charming areas of Fairhaven.
Lack up elevator to 2nd floor rooms. Poor wireless coverage.
It was nice to stay at the hotel where my event was happening.
Kind of tight to get into the parking area.
Nice and quiet room even though it was next to stairwell and on front of building. Two very good restaurants less than 1/2 mile away - Elizabeth's and Margaret's.
Long, long way to parking lot.
Staff gave room keys to people other than myself without my permission, it was smelly, totally not worth the $175 I'm not happy
the room was clean.
we stayed there 3 years ago and liked it. This time they told us they had to give us an "upgrade" because they were crowded. Since we stayed there before we knew what their rooms looked like - we knew we weren't upgraded! Room was very small, smallest room I've ever stayed in. No view from the window and it was hard to move the drape. Last time we had a room much larger, two to three times bigger with a view of the marina and for a lot less money!
Pool and hottub was great breakfast was good
Rugs could use a cleaning aside from that everything was good
Location and value for the money
Room was a little small No covered carport for loading or unloading bags in the rain.
My wife and I were in town for her dad's funeral services. The Inn was within walking distance to the funeral home, so quite convenient for us to walk there. Complementary breakfast was very good, many selections. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Front desk staff friendly, always said good morning or hello. Room 203 was very adequate for the price. Room was small but clean, King bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. Good quality towels in bath, plenty of hot water. Bathroom was a good size, great lighting. Temperature in the room was comfortable and the temperature able to be adjusted if necessary. Given the reason for our stay we mainly slept, bathed and dressed there so we're unable to take advantage of any of the other amenities offered at the Inn. We had stayed there when it was the The Skipper many years ago, dreadful place, so your considerable upgrades/ renovations are appreciated.
Could hear coughing, etc from guest in another room, people talking outside at night. Need better sound proofing.
Great location, on bereavement, no time to pick and choose, but overall a great choice and can't say anything detrimental to the staff and facilities, will stay again same place in the future.
A little more cleanness on bathroom area, but other than that, no more complaints. Breakfast area was just perfect, staff was very charming and great disposition, that made it more worthy.
Felt like I was staying at an unwelcoming friends house rather than a paid hotel
Supervisor was rude... Customer service was below expectation...
Clean Decent breakfast
Excellent maid staff. Excellent heated indoor pool. Location of restaurant inside of building with genuine New England cuisine. Best clam chowder ever!
Poor exercise equipment. Expensive coin operated laundry machines :( . Candy machines jammed every time! No elevator on a 3 story building?!
